At Thread Type, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
